How to Apply

Our Application Process

Step 1:  Begin simply by calling. We will assist you through the application process step-by-step. First you will need to complete our application to get started. You have a choice of two ways to apply;

• Apply Online

  • Using our secure online application you can complete and submit your application and also upload any required supporting documentation all at one convenient location. Save time, money and speed your application review.

• Download Our Application Package

  • Our application package includes a checklist and simple instructions to assist you with completion of our uncomplicated application forms. To obtain these forms you can give us a call, or download and printout the application package from our website. The completed forms can be returned to us via fax, e-mail or regular US postal mail as provided in the instructions.

Step 2:  After your fully completed application is received and reviewed, you can receive your pre-approval typically within 24 - 48 hours. Once you decide to move forward with the loan process, we work with a team of commercial loan specialists to expedite the underwriting process and work towards a fast close. We arrange for your property appraisal and work to structure a loan that works for you.

Step 3:  Get Funded. We will arrange a convenient time and place for your closing. Our loans can typically close within 30 - 45 days after acceptance of the pre-approval terms.

All information submitted by loan applicant is subject to verification and loan applicants must qualify under our underwriting requirements and satisfy all contingencies of loan approval. Loan approval will be subject to satisfactory appraisal, title review and no change in financial condition. Some loan types may not be available in all areas.
